Victoria Pearce serves as Executive Assistant to Jeff Burton at Maven Advocacy Partners, where she provides high-level executive support and helps drive the efficient coordination of daily operations. Victoria spent her early professional years supporting senior leadership at a real estate company, where she developed a strong foundation in organizational management and operational support. During this time, she obtained her Wyoming real estate license to support the operational needs of the organization while balancing full-time professional responsibilities alongside her academic pursuits. Victoria earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Wyoming, with a minor in Pre-Interdisciplinary Law, and was enrolled in the University’s Honors College.
