Panay has more than 15 years of business development, marketing, and advocacy experience supporting clients from diverse industries; from legal and financial consulting to healthcare and national security. Implementing strategies while cultivating partnerships with clients, her approach blends analytical precision with creative problem-solving, ensuring that projects are tailored to meet clients' individual needs.

 

Prior to joining Maven, Panay supported a boutique government relations firm overseeing operations, marketing, and client engagement. She produced strong wins and built a broad network with key decisions makers while representing the firm at all phases of client and principal engagement. 

 

Upon her arrival in DC, Panay guided the launch of the national security, global risk, and crisis management practice for a global law firm. Working alongside senior officials from the Department of Justice and the office of the Director of National Intelligence, she drove strategic initiatives focusing on privacy and cybersecurity, crisis management, CFIUS, sanctions and export control, and white-collar defense and internal investigations.

 

A Chicago native, Panay started her career leading business development and marketing efforts for two global law firms with headquarters in Chicago. There, she oversaw all practice initiatives under the umbrella of firmwide litigation. She also managed client development campaigns across all industries for two of the Big Four professional services firms and oversaw all aspects of marketing and communication functions while earning her FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
